Incident history

Recent incidents and scheduled maintenance. Older incidents are archived.

Elevated latency on Marmalade CDN — Groningen edge node

May 17, 2026

Investigating
14:32 CEST

We are investigating elevated response times on the GRQ edge node. Requests are being served but p99 latency has increased from 8ms to ~38ms. All other edge nodes are unaffected.

14:11 CEST

Monitoring alerts triggered for Marmalade CDN GRQ. Initial investigation underway.

Toastbase connection pool exhaustion — AMS-01

May 3, 2026

Resolved
09:14 CEST

Incident resolved. Connection pool limits have been increased and a configuration change has been deployed to prevent recurrence. All Toastbase connections are stable.

08:47 CEST

Root cause identified: a misconfigured connection pool limit introduced in the 2.4.1 Toastbase release. Fix is being deployed.

08:22 CEST

Toastbase AMS-01 is experiencing connection pool exhaustion. New connections are being rejected. Existing connections are unaffected. We are investigating.

Scheduled maintenance — Loaf cluster hardware rotation (RTM)

April 18, 2026

Resolved
04:00 CEST

Maintenance complete. All Loaf instances in the RTM cluster have been migrated to new hardware. No data loss. Latency has improved by approximately 15%.

01:00 CEST

Scheduled maintenance window has begun. Loaf RTM instances are being live-migrated to replacement hardware. No downtime expected for running workloads.
