Common questions.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Downgrading from Enterprise Rye requires 30 days notice and a written declaration that you no longer require dedicated hardware.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
We will notify you by email. Your workloads will continue running, but new writes to Crumb will be queued until you upgrade or free up space. We do not delete data without explicit instruction.
Is VAT included in the listed prices?
No. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Dutch BTW (21%) applies to customers in the Netherlands. EU business customers with a valid VAT number are exempt under the reverse charge mechanism.
What is a boulanger?
A boulanger is a certified Toast Powered Server infrastructure specialist. They are trained in both distributed systems and artisan bread techniques. The combination is more useful than it sounds.
Do you offer non-profit or academic pricing?
Yes. Contact [email protected] with proof of status. We offer a 40% discount on Sourdough Pro for qualifying organisations. The Hobbyist plan is already free enough for most academic use cases.
